Covering a total area of 15,000 square metres, our manufacturing facility

currently employs 350 people with a production capacity

of some 20,000 pieces per month.  

 

    In addition to more than 250 high-speed sewing machines, our in-house

facilities include Toray CAD system, Shima Seiki CAM system,

NCA spreader from Japan, ascolite, blind stitching machine,

band knife cutter, fusing machines and needle detectors.

 

We pay great attention to social responsibility as well as environmental

 

protection.  Complete set of photovoltaic power system has been

installed since 2018.  Continuous training is provided to employees

covering occupational practices and environmental protection.

Rainwater Harvesting System
We have several water tanks with a volume of 2 to 3 tons to collect

rainwater for re-use.
